Look at this sweet little number. I always struggle when I am at quilt club with not having things in one spot. Let's see if this does the trick. I found the tutorial on TipNut.com

Why a table runner of course. Love it when there is just enough leftovers. Took me maybe 10 minutes to make.

Good Night Irene months 1 and 2

I finally spent a day catching up on this. Ten blocks in and loving it. The plan for this one is to use it as a wall hanging in the guest bedroom. These blocks went together very easy.

This is only the top, but it is all together. I have it pinned for quilting. I decided to do the center by hand because it is very difficult to get to the center on my home machine. I might end up wanting to poke myself in the eyeball. I'll let you know.

Here is the second wonky
Star. This is the color way I will keep. In my centers, I plan to embroider words for reflection.

Blue NIne Inch Snails block 1

I started another round of Block of the Month at a local quilt shop. This year the blocks are signature blocks and a snail design. I am actually doing both color ways because I am making a memory quilt for my MIL. This blue and white one will be for her. In the center I am going to embroider the kids names. I am pairing the 12 blocks with family pictures. More to come... tomorrow the other color way.
